sounds like the coolant manifold into the cylinder block needs the o-rings replaced. The manifold goes left to right behind the exhaust pipes, OR, you may have a loose hose clamp/s. There are 5 28-40mm clamps and 1 small 16-24mm clamp on the bypass hose down to the radiator bottom from the thermostat housing. These would be the easiest fix to try first. A long extension and a 6mm socket, preferably 1/4" drive, should get you to all of the clamp worm gear heads.
Usually the manifold o-rings leak when the engine is cold, and slows down/stops leaking when the engine gets warmed up.
