Chris is right .
If you plan on fixing it you probably have a pump handy.
Fill it up ,flip it up and start looking for the leak.
Now if you just need to get it off the rim ,you can roll it backwards while lifting on the handrail using only the lower section until it's flat on the feet then flip it up . It's heavy but it will go if the feet are flat.
