Subject: Tie GPS Audio to sound system

Has anyone ever attempted to use the CB hookup to the sound system to interface any other type of audio other than the CB? My GPS receiver has a headphone jack, and I am planning to use that to send audio into the sound system via the CB hookup. Any tips or suggestions?
