Well, I had complained of a drive-ability problem; when going over any irregularity in the highway surface the bike sometimes wiggles like a gandi dancer for a few feet then straightens up ok. The tires are fairly new, shocks are aired up, etc. I've considered having a fork brace installed for some time now but they are expensive too. I phoned the mechanic this morning to see if I could get the bike out of the shop for the weekend and bring it back Monday for the repairs. He stated that it's not really safe to drive and he would work tomorrow (sat) and have the cracked wheelbase repaired by noon and that the price would now be around $800.00. It wasn't as bad as they first suspected. I may consider his offer as I want to attend the bikefest on Padre Island Sat nite and Sunday. Turn signal fluid?? I have brake fluid near the turn signal switch but it is brake fluid for the clutch cable. Thanks, Max
