Subject: Rear Shocks

Went to the local Kawaski shop in Ft Walton Beach FL. I have a 1999 Voyager and wanted to see if I could get a seat upgeade. No dise. asked it they could change the shock fluided, front and rear. The reply I got put me on the floor. The owner/manager said the rear shocks had to be sent out to be rebuilt and you can't just change the fluid. How do thease guise stay in business.I was going to have them go theough to whole bike as a do over as it has 28K on it and things are getting old, had the shocks done once before in Tampa FL.
