Max I had the problem before the spring installation. I actually installed the springs because of the problem and for nose diving during braking. I have been out to the shop this morning and found out the forks don't move at all when you try pushing forward. It takes the weight of the bike moving and braking to make them move. Apparently something is binding. Later on today I will try your suggestion and see what happens. Thanks for the help.....Gator Mike
