Sorry John, You've probably snapped the u-joint off. Hopefully there's minimal collateral damage. Certainly you aren't interested in putting your hard earned bucks into a used shaft and joint. I you are, however, just remember that almost every Kawasaki Vulcan ever made has the exact same shaft assy as the Voyager. Now on to something more practical; a NEW U-JOINT. Kawasaki makes an ATV called the "Prairie 400". The u-joint for that machine is the exact same one that fits your Voyager. The Kaw part # is; 49050-1002. Cost about $73.00 at your friendly Kawasaki dealer (if he has one). Best bet is to contact the local "Guy Who Fixes ATV's" and ask for "Tucker Rocky" part #56-1498. This is the same u-joint that fits your Voyager and comes with a grease zerk and snap rings. Now about that "Oil Leak".....Engine oil? If so, the bearing and seal may be damaged as a result of the shaft running out of balance for who knows how long. You can do a visual on all that when you pull the shaft out. If you wish, you may drop me an email for further info. I strongly recommend a shop manual for this job. Good Luck and Happy
Trials....Max
