Subject: Removing Fork Oil Seal - Rick in NYC

In the following Fork Seal replacement thread:
http://www.voy.com/13854/2/42062.html

'Rick in NYC' removed his fork seals WITHOUT having to disassemble the forks.

The allen bolt at the bottom of the forks is cast in cement and I don't have an air impact wrench.

My question for Rick or anyone else, is how to get the fork seals out in without taking the upper and lower fork tubes apart?

Regards
