There are a lot of motorcycle riders using Shell Rotella 15-40wt. It doesn't have the friction modifiers many multi-weight oils use. It's safe for wet clutch applications.

I use it in my Chevy S-10, Kawasaki Voyager, Kawasaki KLR-650, and John Deere riding mower with a 20hp 2 cylinder Briggs & Stratton. The Chevy Lumina requires a 5-30wt energy conserving oil so it gets a different kind.
