Accessory plug: Red is positive black is negative. Center is positive. If you want it hot all the time connect direct to the battery, if you want power only with the key then you need a relay. just a standard horn relay works.

The vent fix is if you can find the chrome vents made for them. or cover them with a dark nylon screen for windos so it hides the crooked piece.
