Subject: Final Gear Filler Nut

I decided I'd change the final gear oil tonight and discovered that
the Oil Filler nut doesn't want to come off and is extremely soft
metal. I didn't have a wrench large enough to fit the nut so tried
a combination of adjustabel wrench, channel lock pliers etc. But it
is on there tight and is so soft I am starting to mess up the corners
etc.

Does anyone know what size the nut actually is ?

And can anyone provide any advice on how to get this off ?

I have already drained the oil so can't ride the bike unless I can get
some oil back in ther somehow ?

If anyone can provide some advice it would be much appreciated.

JimC
