This has been a topic visited fairly often at the AVA site as well as I'm sure this one and others. Do a search to find these posts on any of the sites. Most use either Dunlop Elite III's, Metzler 880's, Avon's, and a few Continentals. I myself use the Dunlops (but not the D404's-they are mostly just cheap). You'll pay a little more for the better tires, but their worth it in saftey and performance.
