Subject: headlight problem

thise morning whene i started the 86 XII to go to work my headlight did not do it. so i stopt the engine, turned the key off and started the bike again and there it was all light.
afther work same story no light, hade to start the bike 2 times and there it was shining light in the headlight.
but tonight going to a friend did it take 5 time befor it burn.

whats rong here, bad bulb? bad relay? anyone a good hint?
