Subject: This is my point, I thought we’d overpaid for him given his age and he is quite slow, but what’s easy to glaze over is the non-technical/physical characteristics which you need when facing an aerial bombardment from forest, plus our back 4 doesn’t actually play that high, certainly not like a spurs/BHA or even palace, so lack of pace maybe not as big an issue, also a reason I reckon palace let him go.
In reply to: PW 's message, "Strange this because when we played them at the Cottage (still have mental blackout over their equaliser) i thought he looked very ordinary and slow . Shows what a change of clubs can do or perhaps he just had a bad day" on Tuesday, October 01, 09:39:43am
