Author: Should SP be required to bed in new players our dominos will tumble as when has a new rookie coach managed to integrate so many things in their fist full season
Author Host/IP: NoHost /
Subject: But as I highlighted its one thing doing this in the 2nd division and an entirely different beast / proposition to do it in the PL. Did TK really believe Slavs was 'best ever' and able to coach this playing philosophy against other PL sides as he had only barely done so successfully (playoff winners not automatic) against 3rd rate Oppo. Also did we really think £100m of TK's transfers, which are 50% over paid so only amounts for £50-75m of true value) would be investment enough to continue playing that way? It was always a 'step too far' for SJ and TK. Even Tiggy knew he had to change things up once promoted; but then Tiggy was a WC winner and knew about Football. We had SJ and TK running things in 2018. Now its SP, we aren't going stright up unless he gets to feast on the likes of of motivated Seri, Zambo, Mitro and Sess

  • Did we do it with Fonte, Kamara, Mollo, Graham, Djalo, Ojo et al lighting the way? No. We did it with Our best players being striker bought in by the manager, a youth team product, and TC.
