Subject: Jim, you're being a little dishonest, perhaps unintentionally, but inaccurate nonetheless. I did think Parker was 'out of his depth' (your words, not mine) in the Premier League, and I felt he was lacked the experience necessary to be given the responsibility of getting us promoted at the first time of asking. However, that was before the transfer window, after which (as the archives will testify) I said it was almost impossible for him to fail given the investment, support and backing he'd received from the Chairman. There's no need to make things up. You're a better poster than that.
In reply to: Jim© (The Devon IP) 's message, "Cutler has been saying since last season that Parker is out of his depth and won't be here long. We were a couple of good saves from going top (briefly) on Saturday so he's changed his angle to he should be winning this division at a canter. I so much prefer SP being given the chance to grow into the role than an Allardyce type, a Ranieri type. People were even wanting Wagner. I think SP's tactical awareness and adaptability is getting there, as proved by change of shape and 2nd half dominance the other day." on Tuesday, October 08, 02:57:39pm
