Subject: Dyche does not get on with the new Chairman. He wants investment and in the paper today it stated the £6m release clause. No rumours re Fulham just my desperation and wishful thinking. Analyst above states Parker is not the finished article, true! So why are we lumbered with him. If only TK had a football brain or good advisers to go with the cheque book..

  • How can anyone put so much effort into writing a post basically defending the indefensible. Parker is beyond comment of any sort. He’s history as far as I am concerned. What has he ever said of note, It’s the obvious lack of respect from the players And that is not their égos it’s his lack of confidence and basic abilities. He has absolutely no communication skills. Surprised the op hasn’t noticed this with such a detailed report. (NT) -- CB, Sunday, June 28, 11:01:58pm (host81-141-221-7.in-addr.btcentralplus.com/
  • What makes you think he has lost the respect of the players? Being too friendly with them maybe, but the gist of my "detailed" post (for those that may find it too lengthy) is he has a habit for proving people wrong. Simon Morgan details in his book about him being abused at Swansea - "the first Fulham captain to be relegated to the basement". Legends can come from anywhere.. Incidentally, I looked at the stats for Brentford sway just now. Going by the shots we were twice as bad in the away game (yet still went on a superb run). Let's see if signs of growth don't start to appear after another bad start to the (mini)season. Should he have got the job in the first place? I think we can all agree now, no.. But from what i can tell, Scott Parker was Shahid Khan's last throw of the dice with his son at Fulham. Despite the years of relative obscurity, we can be thankful we have decent owners. Let's not get overly worked up for once. It is not very becoming (as they'd say in Mary Poppins) (NT) -- Ji, Monday, June 29, 10:30:02am (cpc101590-mort7-2-0-cust139.19-2.cable.virginm.net/
