Subject: Not given this up and this is the reason(s)

I'll begin with I'll never turn down promotion or winning simply for reasons football is not an exact science. Think how close Klopp was to just being another chapter in close calls for Liverpool? Who remembers B Rogers, Benitez and Houllier now? All came 2nd, won other titles but ended up sacked not long after finishing 2nd in the PL. Klopp was that close to being another near-miss but did it and now he is special but the others not??? Well maybe those in Red will remember the others. But in the general scheme of things only Klopp matters.... onto Fulham winning and losing the EL final was a major event was it not? and fulham in 2020 certainly doesn't have imo the right philosophy( thanks to Tony) to succeed longer term. But that's not to say it (success) couldn't happen as witnessed by Sheff Utd. A solid team playing with structure can be comfortably top half (for now). Other teams like Palace (last night) play football on the ground lose to another solid non spectacular side in Burnley. That's football for you. The main reason Fulham Fc struggled is the over paying in fees and wages for players (wastage due to poor knowledge and poor prep in knowing what you was getting. Recruitment seems (in fact we know this to be the case) based on numbers on a sheet of paper, and not on watching live play and getting advice from people who have an eye for a good player.) which does affect P/L FFP as well as moral. Odoi got us promoted but is now the lowest paid player in our side. Mainly have done a lot less than he has for us have they not? The bottom line is Fulham just doesn't smell right from top to bottom and haven't smelt well since Seri and Zambo signed. The dominos just kept toppling after with Fabrico and others. . .and I have not even mentioned Parker and his Club. and also not mentioned 2019-2020 players recruitment and handing out contracts to players who hardly get playing time.
