Subject: Let's keep it in the family. Riverside can be Flex-n-Gate for $20m per year, Hammy End can be AEW Arena for $10m per year, we can sell the women's team for $300 million to AEW, the Riverside concessions for $100 million and the hotel for $500 million both to Flex-N-Gate. Let the money roll around and around and call it PSR compliance just as all the rest of them do. Then watch as we get dinged while the others continue on as if nothing ever happened.
