Subject: Companies have been given legal personality often with rights that humans have but without all liabilities (e.g. re criminal law). Its right that there is at least some corporate liability for company conduct. From what we know at least one Al-Fayed business, Harrods, was actively involved in a cover-up as a corporate entity, not just via rogue actors. They seem to be doing the right thing unreservedly accepting responsibility. We should do likewise should an investigation show similar conduct
