Subject: Carl Leo is retiring
I just talked to Carl last night to order some Voyager parts. He IS retiring at the end of this year. He will still be supporting the Voyager riders of the world, but he will not be able to place more then one order a month for the NEW Kawasaki parts. So if you are willing to use his extensive used collection for your parts then you will probably not even notice the change, but if you are placing your order for NEW parts then you will see a lag in service since he can only place ONE ORDER PER MONTH. If you make your order in the timeframe that matches his once a month order then you will probably not notice, but otherwise it will be a timing thing. If you place your order for new parts immediately after he made his new part order for the month, you may have to wait up to a month for something that he was able to pull off in a couple of days before he retired.
I have never had a problem with the used parts from him.
I am pretty sure that Carl will give you a true timeframe on your delivery when you order.
Another thing. Those of us who have been dealing with Carl in the past may not have changed his email address to the new one (he is phasing out AOL).
