Subject: i can see both sides. some don't mind being mentioned for passing or failing (me included), but others might feel uncomfortable or even embarrassed by being mentioned for failing. and some might not want it out that they passed because they are not sure of their plans yet.. to each his/her own i guess. i say leave it up to those who feel comfortable telling everyone their status.

I agree with the above statements. Why name the AD candidates on the board, are all the TC's being named as well? AD candidates deserve the same amount of respect & privacy as everyone else who took the test or are on this board. From what I have seen, only 2 people on this board use their name.
And from what I have heard the AD is ALOT more difficult to pass. The main reason being that the examiners can only pass a small percentage of the candidates sitting the exam. Not like the TC exam where they are judged individually & whoever gets above a 70 passes. In the AD, you can pass all the black & white sections, but if they don't like you in the interview or like someone else better (politicis too), then you fail.
