Subject: I would have to disagree with you on that point, LB. I agree - it sucks and it's not right... but it's one thing (imo) that makes our freedom so great - the fact we CAN do that! I don't agree, but to make it against the law is going against our rights.
In reply to: LB 's message, "I think the Repubs are crossing over to vote for Hillary because she is the one they think they can beat. It is dirty and there should be a law against it." on 17:39:29 03/29/08 Sat

[> [> [> [> [> [> Janet, I see your point, but I feel that it is tampering with the vote. In some states you cannot cross party lines in primaries. My state is one of them. Limbaugh is telling his listeners to change parties for the purpose of this vote and then switch back again for the general election in Nov. That is obvious vote manipulation. I have no problem with voters crossing party lines to vote in Nov. That has always been permitted. But tampering with the primaries to try to influence the choice of their opponent is really dirty, lowdown politics. -- LB, 10:19:08 04/01/08 Tue (pool-72-75-46-9.washdc.east.verizon.net/72.75.46.9)
