Subject: Ok... let's see if she'll do what she says she will

Hillary is running an ad that she wants to hear from us here in NC. So she invites us to log onto ncaskme.com and ask her a question.... so I did..... of course, the website says "each week she'll answer as many as she can"... but the tv ad says she'll answer them on tv... so we'll see how she manages that. lol

Here's my Q to her:

What changes to the income tax would you consider for a single person? I have no children, therefore no dependents - pay my taxes as I should, have excellent credit, but have none of the "tax credits" which go to the tax payers with children and other dependents.... and it seems as though every year, another is added. As a school teacher, I appreciated the break we had for a couple of years but that's gone.

I'd be happy just being able to claim head of household. It's a household of just one, me - but I carry a mortgage and pay property taxes... therefore (imo) it's a household.

I have gotten 100% results when I write to my senators or congressman. They have responded with emails or letters that are personal and informative.

Bill will be stumping at one of our high schools tomorrow. Maybe I'll skip work and go heckle in the background. lol

This year - suddenly NC is important to the process.
