Subject: No, a lie was presented and then the truth was explained. They are not equal. The false statements are clearly labeled as such.

It is not necessary to cover the heart when the anthem is sung. Most people do not. Also, many people including candidates do not wear flag pins. The Pres. does not always wear it. Any fool can put a pin on no matter what he believes. It is what a candidate pledges to do that counts.
