Subject: The majority of people and the Congress want to start removing troops from Iraq, but instead Bush it seems is going to send in 30,000 more troops . Do we , The United States, have a President or a Dictator ? I keep hearing members of Congress say that Bush is The Commander in Chief and what ever he decides can’t be stopped.. I have been of the opinion over my 85 years that We are a Republic and not a Dictatorship. If we have One man that has complete control, we have already lost our freedom!!
