Subject: By the way, how many times have you had FOX 'force-fed' - while working out at the gym, while eating at Salsarita's (me, the other day), while making copies at Kinko's (me, again), hospital waiting room .... Isn't it interesting how so many public places tune into FOX - exposing their customers, and most of the time offering no choice?
In reply to: Allegra 's message, "Rupert Murdoch has done more the dumb down our country, the tv viewers watching FOX, than any other person or thing. I always wonder if he has such an agenda, to ruin any chance of educating the US public using the television." on 20:58:42 11/21/06 Tue

Nope, my gym only plays Penn State sports. Lucky me. I'm a big fan of Penn State. :-)

The weightroom itself don't even have a TV, again, lucky me. I find whenever there's a TV in the room I get distracted and a 30-60 minute workout turns into a 3-4 hour telethon. The radio station that plays when I workout is a rock music station, good for pumping you up to lift weights to. Unfortunately, sometimes they play a rap station. What I'd ultimately prefer, however, is if they put on one of those AM music stations that plays music from the 30s, 40s, 50s, and early 60s.
