Subject: Sprague sues Eskin for libel, defamation

WIP/610-AM afternoon- drive host Howard Eskin, aka The King, is being sued for libel, slander and defamation by Richard A. Sprague, aka The Giant Killer.

The complaint - obtained exclusively by the Daily News - centers on statements attributed to Eskin concerning Sprague's successful defense of Allen Iverson against felony gun, conspiracy and criminal trespass charges last July.
