Subject: From what I have been told they have a rule that is fairly strict and if you fail to reach their guideline you are subject to fines. I do not have the details, but each opponent gets assigned a point value based on the RPI range they fall into and if your opponents total more than a certain number then you have failed to schedule as the A-10 wants you to. I am not saying that this was his brainchild, but this sounds very John Chaney-esque to me.
