Lisa Lazarus, the 20-year-old brunette impressed the judges in London venue Cafe de Paris, last night. As well as taking the title, she will represent Britain in the Miss Universe finals later this year, as well as picking up a modelling contract.



Neath beauty firm Aruba, who were in charge of the finalists' make-up, said Lisa's honour was well deserved. Manager Lee Cuggy said: "She's really beautiful. It was great to see a Welsh girl win." Lisa, the daughter of Gwendraeth Valley psychic Diane, has previously won Miss Bikini Great Britain 2006.
