 Para empezar, saludos a todos mis hermanos del Club Leo "California" por la excelente idea.

Creo que es REALMENTE necesario una capacitación para los nuevos dirigentes de un club, ya sea por parte de nuestros tios Leones, o de los leos dirigentes actuales. Aunque ya deben de tener conocimiento de las actividades que cumple la Junta directiva, creo yo que siempre es necesario una orientacion o en los inicios del nuevo periodo.
