I am sad to admit that I am a recent victim of the Great American Model and Talent Search. Unfortunately, I researched the company AFTER I had made an initial $225 deposit for the search in Pennsylvania scheduled for July 21, 2007. I have a friend whom I warned but she is going to go through with the company anyway. They want a total of $700 for the entire search. Please give me some suggestions on what I can do to make these people pay for scamming us and taking our hard earned money!!!!!

What were you a victim of and how can you say that you were scammed? By not letting your child participate in the search you have no idea what the outcome may have been. The acting business is and has always been unsure and there are no guarantees. New faces come and go. But how can you be given an opportunity to have your child seen,not take this opportunity, and then claim that you were scammed?
