Moby had a weird reaction to aspen shavings and as soon as I removed the bedding and bleached out his box and changed his bedding to corn cob it all went away... I had to make sure that it was the bedding and not something stupid I put it back and again he broke out. I cleaned it out and went back to the cob... soon after the 2nd reaction he lost alot of feathers. I didn't think birds could be allergic to things. just a thought.
