Subject: No Hatching Luck

Well it has been a month and nothing. Brian thinks that they are dead eggs. Eh it was their first 2 eggs. So we are going to wait another day or so and then flush the eggs. Is there a chance that it was just a beginner hen thing or even a beginner Moby? In quail is there such a thing as infertility? I know it happens in other bird species. What is the average size of a clutch of eggs for a quail?
I feel like I am the 1 at a loss.
