Yeah!

Calcium is very important for laying hens. If you can't get Calciboost, try powdered oyster shell. It works just as well.

Some hens (especially) when they lay their first egg, will product the egg with either a very soft shell, or no shell at all. The important thing is that she passed it.

I have to ask the same question as Susan. Has she laid before?
