Hi!

I had a Bantam hen once and her very first egg had no shell at all. Was pretty kewl.

Sounds like you're not giving your hen any type of calcium supplement. Better do it quick and I have a sneaky suspicion that she's now drawing calcium from her bones to produce a shell.
