It's either called gamebird or turkey crumble. The local feed stores sells only 50 lb bags. I believe you can order it online with Marshall Grains in 10 lb bags, but by the time you pay the shipping it will amount to the 50 lb bag price at the feed store.

If you have a way to refrigerate the grain, it will keep for many months.
