Subject: Incubation

Hi, I'm hoping to get about two dozen button eggs this week. I've hatched buttons before and I still keep a few, but I always forget exactly when to take out the egg turner. I was wondering if anyone as opinions as to whether it should be the twelfth or thirteenth or fourteenth day that you take them out. Also, I was wondering if once the eggs arrive I should allow them to sit for a day or so before putting them into the incubator.
