I've experienced noise at night from my 7 birds. Do you have them in the same room as yours at night. I'd say if it's that noisy, place them in another room with a door. I can't imagine that you could hear them in another room. It's hard to believe that your male would be vocal all night, but if you can place them in another room, that may be the only answer.

Ursula's right sometime they need the assurance of a night light.
