Your information for incubating seems to be thorough. You must pay strict attention to the humidity after the 14 days since the chicks are closer to hatching and will need the excess humidity to hatch cleanly.

If you really want a good hatch, you should spend the extra money for an egg turner.

I've heard of chicks hatching up to 26 days. I'd toss the first hatch before you have a real mess to clean up in your incubator.
