Well, lets see if those feathers grow back! Can you tell if there is any "scabbage" or dried blood on his back? If there is, then you should put some neosporin or some polysporin on it ASAP. As to what to do about those finches... How large is your aviary??? You might be able to just partition it off if it was large enough.
