How large is the area you have for the buttons? I can guarantee you that if you put 4-6 together, there will be a problem, unless you have an area large enough. If you do have a large area, you could get one male and two females, or two couples of male and female. The males are the more aggressive, but the females will also peck feathers out of their cage mates. Good luck!
