I know we had nights that hit 40 degrees and though next day was 60s which as you know still cold . The large iguanas in area died .

My neighbors have zebra and society finches outside and suprisingly not one got ill w/o extra heat. She did put a tarp on aviary at night but that was it.

The heat is the biggest concern.Snakes are easy enough to keep out in well made aviary with screen even on bottom .

Probably going to start now making aviary and add them Sept or Oct and the fan suggestion was a great idea.

Are yours outside?
