Yeah, as long as their shaded, I think the heat won't be too bad.

No, we keep ours inside. We have the "bird room" down stairs. Although, I am sure my sisters would love for them too be outside. lol We live in the city, AND on a river, so there is like no room for an outdoor aviary. It would be nice though.
