Diarrhea, as you know, can be caused by a number of things. Cleanliness is absolutely crucial and adding electrolytes to the water is also important because of the imbalance fluid loss causes. Offer them a little cumbled egg yolk on a clean light surface like a paper towel. Make sure that the brooder has an area to escape direct heat and has good ventilation. Stress from handling can also cause digestive upset...handle as little as possible. The brooder should be kept in a quiet area. The food sounds very good but the grit make be alittle premature, but I'm not sure. If environmental conditions are not the root of the problem, have the "poop" tested for parasites , bacterial infections,coccidia etc. Most important thing to do right now is to supply the supportive care and restore the electrolytes so their little systems can fight whatever is ailing them. Others on this board will probably have suggestions that will help....but the supportive care is a good place to start.
