We're having trouble with a button quail pair who have lived happily previously and have raised babies. Suddenly the female has been really aggressive drawing blood on the male and attacking him until he was exhausted. I separated them for a day then reintroduced and all seemed well for about an hour then it all started again. This has coincided with her beginning to nest and sit on eggs. She just chases and chases him and hunts him down. I really need some advice on what to do.
