That would be a Blue Face male. Blue Face males and Slate males do not have bibs. I was fooled my first time with one thinking it was a female before I knew any better. The only time a female will offer food like that is to chicks. Plus most hens have darker eyes from my experience. With it having red by the vent area it is a definite male. Females never have red. Check out the birds face and chest. I bet it is blue right? Females never show blue either. Once you remember those two rules, then Buttons are really easy to sex. Except for the Splash and Whites though. Silver males have a pinkish vent area. That is the red being diluted.
