Subject: Weird throat movement? Help

So maybe this is nothing but I've never seen it before. My girl button quail was opening her mouth and then the area right below her beak, her throat was quivering. This was after some mild stress I'd had her out and she was around a boy quail for about 5 mins. she was also making a lot of little peeping noises. I wasn't sure if it was stress or if she was out of breath or if it even means anything.

does any one know what it means???
