Thanks Don...hey arent you the owner of ButtonquailUSA? Its too bad your website is no longer available, it really has great potential!
My little quail is starting to grow feathers and pins underneath the chin area, which is the same as the sides and back. I guess I have another hen.. Oh well, I was hoping I get a male to pair up with my two hens...I'll wait and see but the feathers that are growing are similar in pattern to when my hen was growing when she was a chick. Unless the bib feathers will grow next week on top of these "new feathers" under the chin but I guess not?
