Subject: Strange egg...is it a problem?

So I heard my male calling tonight more than normal. I went into to check on him because he had previously hurt his feet and the female had plucked him, and I wanted to make sure he was ok. My female has previously laid a huge amount of eggs and sat on them, but they have never hatched. Well tonight when I went in I found a light blue/clearish egg filled with yellow color yoke. The egg was paper thin and very very soft, cracked the moment it was touched. I have also recently found 2 piles of hard waxy yellow stuff, but I thought maybe it was barf from my male being ill due to his feet. I now think that it was from 2 previous eggs. My female has laid many eggs, never one like this before and now that had to have been 3 like this.

Is this an illness? Has anyone ever had this happen? They have only had seed recently because I ran out of high protein food and my order has not come in yet. I put vitamins in their water. Any other suggestions or thoughts on what to do about this?
